Title: Assistant Program Director
Status: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Supervisor: Program Director
Job Role and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
• Monitor clients’ care and services to assess for safety and stability. Follow-up on issues as needed – medication changes, appointments, care conferences
• Complete Annual Guardian Wellbeing Reports
• Attend medical appointments/care conferences and make visits as back up to Care Monitor
• Manage medical tracking system
• Oversee follow-up on all medical notifications.
• Perform regular on-call rotation duties.
• Make healthcare decisions in conjunction with Team
• Maintain Storage Unit
• Assist with other various duties as assigned
Mandatory Requirements or Certification:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work (licensed in ND), psychology, or a related field
• National Guardian Certification after 1 year of employment
• Experience working with elderly and vulnerable adults
• Knowledge of community resources, good verbal and written communication skills, office skills and basic computer knowledge
• Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to operate and maintain basic office equipment
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Ability to access clients homes, nursing homes and hospitals

Title: Administrative Assistant
Status: Part-time, 20 hours/week
Supervisor: Finance DirectorJob Role and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
• Gather information for completion of SNAP Reviews, Medicaid Reviews, Asset Verifications, and other benefit applications.
• Complete tasks listed on the Case Assignment Sheets
• Notify various outside entities of all changes for clients
• Manage postage and mileage logs
• Create various letters related to setting up or closing bank accounts and other financially related items
• Deliver daily bank deposits and pick up financial documents from banks
• Assist Administrator, Program Director, Finance Director, & Finance Manager with other duties as assignedMandatory Requirements or Certification:
• Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and QuickBooks preferred
• 2-year Business Administration Degree or equivalent years of experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of community resources and good communication skillsPhysical Requirements:
• Ability to operate and maintain basic office equipment.
