Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney (the attorney-in-fact) is given the authority to act on behalf of the principle. At GaPS, we serve as Durable Power of Attorney for finances by:
- Paying Bills and Budgeting: We ensure that bills are paid on time and create budgets to provide clients with personal spending funds.
- Managing Financial Assistance: We maintain all financial assets, including checking and savings accounts, and burial accounts to ensure financial stability.
- Government Assistance: We apply for and maintain eligibility for government assistance programs to support our clients' needs.
